Taking a mid-day power nap for 20-30 minutes can recharge you for the rest of the day. Rest is very underrated, especially since we tend to wear our non-stop busyness as a badge of honor, nowadays. Studies show that a quick snooze during the day can boost your creativity, memory, and your energy levels.
Not everyone has the luxury of napping mid-day due to work obligations and scheduling. In that case, you can get a quick burst of energy by simply changing your environment and taking a 10 minute walk outside for some fresh air. You'll feel revitalized and more alert as you regain some pep in your step. And finally, of course, you can never lose with grabbing a small cup of joe. A little caffeine will give you the quick "pick-me-up" needed to make it through the rest of your day productively.
