Alice Giraud is the founder of The 31 Woman Co., a human performance & lifestyle company that equips women to achieve a life of peace, purpose & productivity in order to optimize their influence on the world. As a Behavioral Strategist, Coach, Speaker, and Author, Alice offers transformational messages through interactive seminars, webinars, online-courses, coaching, and books.
Alice has worked as a strength coach, fitness trainer, and swim instructor, helping clients achieve their fitness goals, which varied from weight-loss, sports performance, and physical conditioning. She used behavior modification techniques, kinesiology and nutritional science to help individuals pursue a path of life-long health. In her spare time, Alice also competed as an amateur bodybuilder and as a powerlifter. During her 10 years in the fitness industry, she focused solely on helping people pursue physical health & sports performance. Now, Alice has taken her expertise in behavior modification and strength training, along with incorporating principles that help women modify their behaviors to produce their desired results. More specifically, she teaches people how to pursue their path of purpose, instead of settling for the path of least resistance by decluttering their lives to foster personal peace and organizing their days for increased performance, in order to become effective leading ladies.
Alice graduated from Texas A & M with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and she's a certified Health Coach by the American Council on Exercise (ACE). She studies research-based strategies that focus on behavioral science and motivational psychology, all of which contributes to her work in sharing with others how to transform their own lives by the daily habits they practice.
Alice lives in the Washington DC area, and enjoys caring for children living with Autism, weightlifting, golfing, hanging out in bookstores and drinking Starbucks coffee.
