There are always opportunities to learn more to expand our thinking. Personal growth first begins with changing the way we think. Renewing our minds through the exposure of new knowledge can help us spread our wings to soar to higher places. Investing in mentorship, coaching programs and seminars can be the catalyst that moves you from your current state to your purposed state. But we have to be willing to make the investment of time and money. If you don’t have the money to invest, there are still countless opportunities to learn more about your industry and to advance your skills. You can do so by volunteering for local or online organizations, you can read books, and take complimentary self-study programs that are available on the web.
There is always something new you can learn to increase your capacity and to improve your current circumstances. You just have to be willing to make the investment of our resources. We are responsible for our own future and no one else. If we want a better life, we must exert the effort and invest the resources to make it happen. No one owes us anything. And as long as we think the world owes us something, we’ll always sit around making excuses and never launching out to strive for better by using our own abilities. It’s a hard truth, but truth is what brings transformational change. Every action that we take is an investment in our future. Positioning our lives to bloom is about having the courage to not perch in low lands with the chickens and to lift ourselves up to soar as eagles. It takes work, sacrifice and diligent effort to fly higher. We must be willing to pay the price, if we’re serious about a better life. In everything we do and every action we take, we must ask ourselves if we are sowing profitability or if we’re sowing insufficiency. What we sow is what we reap. So invest wisely.
